WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

Guaranteed 1 to 5 Day Shipping
is FREE for orders of at least $50.
We use either UPS, Federal Express or USPS Priority Mail for this shipping method.
(PO Boxes will always ship USPS Priority Mail)
Guaranteed 3 Day, 2 Day, and Overnight shipping is available and is based on
the total weight of the items ordered.

Alaska
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska is available via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.
Rates start at $9.95 and are based on weight.
Guaranteed 2-Day and Overnight
service is available to Hawaii & Alaska at actual weight based rates.
There is NO free shipping
to these locations.
International Shipping
Chef’s Arsenal has partnered
with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders
for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in
our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option.
Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You
may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International
Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service.
Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Chef’s Arsenal.
Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations
around the world including APO / FPO addressesTo check the status of your order

WHEN
WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you choose "Free 1 to 5 Day Shipping" - You will receive
your order in a maximum 5 business days after it ships. (i.e. Order Monday before
4PM - Receive the following Monday). Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays
are NOT business days. Depending on your location you may actually receive your
order in as little as 1 day using this option.
If you choose a faster shipping option (3-day, 2-day, or Guaranteed Overnight),
the same rules apply. Orders placed before 4PM ship the same day, and will arrive
in the guaranteed number of business days after it ships. Orders placed after
4PM, will ship the next business day. (i.e. Overnight order placed after 5PM
on a Friday will not ship until Monday, and will arrive on Tuesday.
Please make sure the billing
address specified on your order matches the records on file with your credit
card issuer. Incorrect billing information may delay your order from shipping.
International Orders may be delayed for security and payment verfications. We
reserve the right to cancel any order we deem to be suspicious. All attempts
at credit card fraud will be reported to local authorities at the "ship
to: location.
RETURNS
INFORMATION
HOW
DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
Please direct all defect concerns after 30 days to manufacturer.

Please state your order # and the reason for return.
If the item is DEFECTIVE or BROKEN, we will respond
with instructions for returning the item to us at no cost to you. We will promptly
replace the item with a brand new one.
If the item is NOT DEFECTIVE, we will respond with
a return authorization # and instructions on how to return the item to us. In
the case of non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping
costs of sending the item back to us. If you received free shipping initially
when you placed your order, a shipping charge will be deducted from your refund
to cover our initial costs of shipping the item to you. All non-defective returns
must be in re-sellable condition. The item may not be used. All materials/parts
must be included, and the item packaging must not be damaged. Items not in this
condition will not be refunded.
