We are authorized dealers for all the cookware we sell, and we stock all of it in our own warehouse. In the gourmet cutlery department, we offer knives from Germany, Japan, and the United States. From Germany, we offer two of the finest lines of cutlery, Zwilling J.A. Henckels and Messermeister. From Japan, we offer a wide selection of knives manufactured in small family owned factories and sold through the Chroma brand. If you’ve never used a true Japanese Haiku knife, you don’t know what you’re missing. Finally, we offer a beautiful wooden handled cutlery line, made right here in the US, in LamsonSharp. In the gourmet cookware department, we carry many varieties including non-stick, stainless steel, and enameled cast iron. Our premier non-stick line is the amazing Swiss Diamond line from Switzerland. Swiss Diamond cookware has won awards for its heat distribution and non-stick qualities. Non-Stick and Stainless Steel cookware is also available from the pioneers of non-stick, Anolon and Circulon. Our most elite line of pots and pans reigns from Belgium. Demeyere Stainless Steel professional cookware is used by chefs worldwide and is even featured on Gordon Ramsay’s hit show, Hell’s Kitchen. Finally, for those slow-cooked meals, we offer a complete line of the colorful enameled cast-iron cookware by Staub. A home chef needs the same tools as professional restaurant chefs. That is why we carry quality tools by Swiss kitchen gadget giant, Kuhn Rikon, as well as the complete line of gadgets from Zwilling J.A. Henckels, Microplane, and Borner. Every home chef needs the Kuhn Rikon Epicurean Stainless Steel Garlic Press and a Microplane zester in their arsenal. We taste with our eyes before we even open our mouths, so it’s important to have the beautiful porcelain serveware from Revol at your disposal. Every good chef knows their wine, so of course we offer essential wine tools and accessories to add to your chef’s arsenal.
